The Prima Matria Package $5775.00
Ideal for repeat clients or those who already have a strong postpartum and lactation support system, this package provides essential guidance to complement your existing plans while ensuring you feel prepared and confident for birth and beyond.

This session is a deep dive into your physical, mental and emotional history, as well as your hopes and goals for your pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience. You will leave with a plan for optimizing your pregnancy through nutrition, movement, stress reduction, and resources specific to your needs.

This 6-hour workshop in the 2nd trimester will help you gain a better understanding of the anatomy and physiology of birth. We will rehearse coping techniques, labor positions and effective partner support. We will also spend time learning more about bodily autonomy and informed consent as well as how to best communicate with care providers with an emphasis on calm but active role in decision making.

This workshop focuses on all things postpartum. We discuss lactation, birth recovery, nutrition, newborn behaviors and setting boundaries with loved ones. We will also explore common challenges that may arise relating to your relationships and your personal identity. This small group setting offers time and space for reflection, sharing, and processing.

The doula on-call joins you in active labor at your home or at your birth location.Continuous Labor Support
Throughout the birth process we may offer suggestions for coping, breathing, and relaxation, relevant evidence-based information, and reassurance to help you navigate the labyrinth of birth.Immediate Postpartum Support
Your doula will stay with you through the golden hour to ensure your baby is feeding well and to answer any questions that may arise. -
In this visit, which happens within the first 2 weeks, we will process the birth together, assess how feeding is going, provide additional information and support as needed.

Enhance your healing with our add on packages:
Belly binding — $975
3 one-hour belly-binding sessions. Each session includes a sitzbath/foot soak, a gentle belly massage, expertly apply bind, and a healthy snack and tea. We provide the bind.
postpartum/ lactation session — $375
These 2.5 hour sessions are help nurture and nourish you. Lactation support, physical and emotional recovery, newborn behaviors, baby wearing, and sleep techniques are just some ways we support our postpartum families.

Placenta Encapsulation — $500
This includes dehydrated placenta pills, tincture, placenta print and an umbilical cord keepsake.
Baby’s first night home— $975
This 8-hour night support is geared to helping you navigate the first night at home with baby. It can include lactation support, postpartum healing support, sleep arrangement suggestions, organizing baby care and mom care corners, and nourishing the new parents.
